Hotels with Airport Transfers in Cantón San Ramón

"Poor quality property, staff are truly unhelpful including the managers. The room we took was a king volcano mountain view room, the room had no in room slippers not even one. We had to make a request. The room did not have a single towel in the bathroom. We made a request and it took multiple calls and 45mins before the towels were delivered. The place really needs some attention to detail as I wasn’t convinced it was ready for the guest to occupy the room and no one wanted to take responsibility or apologise for their poor service "

They take extra effort to personalize your experience. The hot springs were perfect - a lot to explore onsite, which was perfect with 2 young kids. We loved it!"
