The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, effortlessly communicating in both English and French, which made the experience even more seamless and enjoyable. "The area it’s really bad, if you are going with your family I do not recommend it. The area it is full of people living in the street and beggars. The Hotel has a nice restaurant and good rooms but there is not hot water and they have to check always your fridge to find out if you have taken anything. Be careful of the taxi fares as they will try and charge you double. "
