Welcome to Silver Beach 1104W, this newly renovated 3 BR 3 Ba Gulf Front Condo with Amazing 11th floor views.

Silver Beach 1104W has never been a rental until now and features all new flooring, furniture, paint, TVs, and etc.

This spacious 3 bedroom offer an amazing view as soon as you walk through the door. The full stocked kitchen has ample counter space and full-sized appliances to cook up a feast for the family. The adjacent dining table has seating for 8. The living room offers a large flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating options. The sofa also converts to a Queen Sofa Sleeper if needed.
The large floor to ceiling sliding glass doors offers a stunning view of the emerald, green waters of Destin. The doors give access to your private 11th floor balcony with a seating and a dining area to enjoy the breeze.

Each bedroom features a King size bed with a brand-new mattress. Each room features a large flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. There are 2 guest bathrooms one offering a walk-in shower and one with a combination tub/shower. The guest bedrooms offer balcony access that overlooks the Silver Beach complex.

The Master bathroom offers a double vanity sink, large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. There is a window between the bedroom and bathroom that has blinds on it. The master bedroom features access to the Gulf Side balcony as well.

Silver Beach offers 2 complex pools, community grills, tennis courts, and stunning beach front views and location.
