Open for rent since April 2023, it offers from its large terrace a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea and its spectacular sunsets. The very beautiful beach of Leroux, recommended for the practice of the mask / snorkel is 150 m on foot.
The villa includes:
2 bedrooms:
- an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a lounge area with TV and comfortable sofa, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
- an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The 2 bedrooms open onto the terrace with a lounge area and a dining area.
- a kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, 4 ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
You have a parking space behind the villa.
An outdoor shower allows you to rinse off when you return from the beach.
Internet connection by wifi. Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels)... provide the essential beach towels in Guadeloupe.
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Children under 8 years old are not accepted.
