On a aimé le silence quand il ne tombe pas des cordes. On a moins aimé les cafards dans la bouilloire...surtout qu’un rescapé était bloqué dans le filtre! Donc après avoir nettoyé la bouilloire des 2 premiers et des œufs qu’ils avaient pondu, on s’est fait un thé au cours bouillon de cafard...Rallonge 35€ pour nettoyage du studio, vu la propreté de la serpillière, ce nettoyage est de la dilution de saletés !

Ce n'est pas une résidence 4 étoiles!

Le jour de notre arrivée la piscine a été privatisée et ne pouvions pas y accéder bien que nous ayons payé le prix normal. Il y a avait beaucoup de bruit. A l'entrée de la résidence il y a des odeurs nauséabondes. Le lavabo était quasi- bouché. L'une des lumière du salon ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons trouvé une culotte à côté du lit tandis que les tasses étaient sales au fond. Le service ferme à 18h00 mais 15 min avant il n'y avait plus personne. Cela n'a pas le niveau d'un 4 étoiles pour une résidence. Le niveau de service et la propreté est médiocre. Quand à la piscine il y a dans la partie haute un simulacre de jacuzzi car il n'est pas chauffé. De plus pour deux nuits on nous a réclamé 33€ de frais supplémentaires au titre du ménage. Mas personne ne l'a fait durant le séjour! Il nous a été expliqué que nous avions une pelle et un balai pour cela. Les frais de ménages sont pour l'entrée et la sortie du logement! Je déconseille. Les appartement sont spacieux mais le service gâche tout.

Notre premiere fois en hotel service locatif. Tres bien passé, notre sejour au mois d aout a ete tres agreable. La kitchenette exterieur tres pratique, et si vous venez a plusieurs couples c est tres agreable. La piscine, malgre qu il y ait plusieurs familles, nous etions seuls a la piscine presque toute la journee. Et quelle piscine, tres belle et grande pour faire des longueurs. Avec un cote jacuzzi. L hotel en lui même et propre, le parking assez sauvage mais fait son boulot de parking. Nous n avons pas pris l option peti dej. Je vous conseille de faire vos courses au carrefour du centre commercial destreland, car le super u n'a pas beaucoup de choix et les prix sont effrayant des fois. Que dire plus, la clim est dans la chambre principale. Je vous conseille vivement cet hotel a 3 min de la plage en passant par l hotel d a cote. Entre amis ou en famille. Il est tres bien situé. Parc des mamelles, jardin botanique, reserve cousteau a 15 min en voiture. Attention la route a de sacre dénivelé. Pensé a louer une voiture pour vos deplacements. Dans cet hotel vous aurez aussi la visite de chats, chatons dont celle de l hotel peche. Le personnel est tres agreable et a l ecoute. Et malgre une arrivee tardive, tout est prevu pour pouvoir acceder a la chambre dans un petit mot laissé a la reception.

The pool area was excellent. The apartment was very basic self catering but it had the expected amenities. There was no cleaning, refreshing of bedding or towels or replenishing of such things as toilet rolls for the entire two weeks we were there. Staff on site were friendly when they were there but reception was not open after 6pm. We encountered noise problems (until 4am) towards the end of our stay and it got to a point where we didn’t want to put up with it any more so we moved to another hotel (at an additional cost to us).

Bon emplacement et accueil correct mais pour le reste pas au top !! Grandeur ch non conforme à la réservation .Drap sales , il a fallu 2 j pour en avoir d'autres ! Ménage très moyen ! Déçu de la prestation

Le nom de l’etabkisssment prêté à confusion : il s´agit bien de résidences et non d´un hôtel ... prévoir donc de tout acheter jusqu’au papier toilette. L’environnement est franchement décevant : les résidences sont entourées par une station électrique, l’odeur est nauséabonde à 300m à la ronde, le chemin d’acces à la plage est bordé de déchets et arrivés sur la plage nous remarquons que la baignade est impossible car à cet endroit la mer est très agitée. Quant à la résidence en elle-même, elle a certes été rénovée mais elle est infestée de moustiques et cafards et la douche est indigne d´un prétendu 4 étoiles. Nous avons donc été déçus de la prestation au regard du prix payé et des 4 étoiles annoncées.
