I was not allowed in to use the lobby restroom even though i told the guy it was an emergency. I BEGGED him. I did not make it into my room and ended up peeing myself. If not for that you would have had a perfect rating

Reserved a smoking room and got non smoking. Chose that little hole in the wall solely because they had smoking rooms didn’t get one . So I feel like I got ripped off

The room was clean except for the provided hair dryer. There was hair alm over it. I was traped in the bathroom for about 15 min. The door vandke was not operating properly. Manager acted like there was nothing wrong with the door. Left me feeling like he was saying " it was an operator error Like I was an idiot.

Hotel has drastically dropped on it's condition. I battled with roaches all night. I advised the staff of the infestation.

Over all the hotel and staff were okay. I liked that it had a T.V. with HBO, sink, large fridge, and microwave; all of which I used. I would have to say that I only had 2 problems when I stayed there. The WiFi was extremely slow and that even though I requested a room of non-smoking it still smelt of it. In all for the price and location I would stay there again.
