This hotel is an elegant, comfortable, charming place and I wished I had stayed longer than four days. I cannot wait to return. The people are delightful, the service is impeccable, the housekeeping is highly professional and the restaurant is excellent. Several guests there told me that they have been visiting the hotel several times each year, for decades.

The Rooms are very outdated & in desperate need of renovation. I had a deluxe room, single level. The plus side was its nice & quiet, which is what I was needing. Unfortunately the curtains did not block out the early morning sun & was a problem, I like to get up a bit later, 6:00am wasn’t doing it, if this might be an issue maybe bring an eye mask. The bed was ok, a bit on the hard side but fine. The buffet breakfast was pretty basic. The staff are wonderful and quite happy to help in any way possible. The location is fantastic, just near the markets & Icon shopping centre & out front is the beach boardwalk with lots of warungs, restaurants and coffee shops. The shower is over the bath, water pressure & temperature control was good. Aircon kept the room nice & cool. The pool was great with plenty of sun chairs. Would I stay here again, probably not.

This is an older hotel but the position is excellent. Great beach view from the breakfast area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Close to plenty of restaurants and shop.

The Inna Sindhu is a great property, very well located. On the beach & close to lots of restaurants. Staff are beautiful & very helpful. The pool is lovely. Hotel is a bit dated & needs some maintenance. The breakfast is basic & the hot water is not very hot. We had a lovely holiday but would probably not return.
