Staff are very helpful and friendly. Facilities are very good. The shower pressure is great but towels need to be replaced as they are already getting old and show how much they have been used. Breakfast buffet and options available very good especially the Healthy Bowl.

This Holiday Inn is a great alternative to the higher priced establishments nearby. This was our second stay here and the staff is wonderful, cheerful and attentive. Walking distance to lovely shops and restaurants.

The property looks very new. The rooms are nice, good AirCond. Only part not great was the confusing light switches. 15 light switches for a bedroom and bathroom is way too much and confusing. Shower was big with plenty of hot water.

I booked this hotel for the usage of the gym. The treadmill was out of order. I was given a pass to use the hotel next door and 2 out of 3 treadmills didnt work, so had to wait when someone else on it. No wipes in that gym to clean equipment. Aircon was barely on. No toilet to use.

This hotel was a delight the staff are exceptional and attentive the rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is wonderful. The shower had beautiful water pressure. So much care is taken by the staff in every area and they made our Christmas so special. We are so grateful and can’t wait to go back

Can't Complain, Would Stay Again

The staff here make this hotel feel worth the stay because they are so friendly and accommodating. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time, breakfast was fine, location is only a five min walk to the nearest beach and close to some local restaurants.. Good strong AC, good showers, top up bottled water on request without charge.. Not much for the two year old to do out with being in the pool Only communal area with AC downstairs is the breakfast / dining area so you could get quite hot and sweaty

The hotel is situated very close to the beach, 2 mins walk and also very close to cafes/ restaurants etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful and make the hotel stand out. Buffet breakfast was delicious each morning. Ideal hotel if on business or for people who have day trips booked. Pool looks lovely offering great views but the seating area is small with very limited shade. Only 10 lounges in a row. The rooms don’t have balconies and the lobby was always roasting hot. The only area to sit outside is the walled garden which is beautiful but also offers limited shade and was always so hot. Should be able to offer day passes to beach hotels.

Well kept modern hotel great breakfast - ogi great service. Great location minutes from front beach ⛱️ very private roof top pool with fantastic views over ocean and happy hour daily btwn 4 - 6pm. Wonderful selection of restaurants along board walk

Property was welcoming the moment you arrived. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Property was in a great location and easy to get to all areas. Very enjoyable stay

Holiday Inn was a very nice place to stay in. It is an attractive and comfortable hotel. The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The rooms are very clean and well air-conditioned. The maintenance staff were very helpful and effective with the little issues we struck...or caused.
