It was a bit out of the way which was ok for us, we have stayed in the area before however other villa’s have had their own bicycles, this property didn’t do we had to source our own. Which was inconvenient.
The room was old and run down. I think they did have better rooms. I wonder if our booking method dictates the quality of the room. The front entrance smelt terribly of mould. And there was rising damp in the walls so all of the paint was peeling on lower walls. The bathroom was dirty on our first night there was a bunch of hair in the drain. And the bathroom had a strong menthol smell which appeared to be an attempt to cover the mould smell. The staff were very nice and friendly. The food was a fair for the price. The private pool was not inviting it was dark and dank looking.
