Terraced house distributed over two floors, on the ground floor we have an American kitchen (fridge, gas hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blender, utensils), living room with air conditioning, 1 bathroom with shower and terrace with direct access to communal pool and garden, in the upper part we have master bedroom with terrace, air conditioning, bed of 1.35 and another bedroom with 2 beds of 90, fitted wardrobes and 1 bathroom with tub. Urbanization with swimming pool, garden area and parking. Located 4.5 km from Denia and 400 meters from the beach in very quiet urbanization which has a swimming pool, garden and parking, plus a supermarket 100 meters, bus stop, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants in the vicinity.
