"I reserved a "marina view" room, and the person at check-in said that was what they were giving me. It didn't cost more, but I figured facing the marina was better than facing the airport. But I got room 340. Facing out over a roof, trash dumpsters, the road and towards the airport. It was late, and I was leaving early in the morning so I didn't bother complaining, but that's probably what they're counting on. Nobody stays in these airport dumps unless they have to. There's new ownership who have redone the rooms and are working on public areas. Elevators still problematic and I was stuck in one twice. Apparently the keycard scanner doesn't work well and results in you not being able to get where you're going, or even re-open the doors once they're closed. That's seriously bad. The enclosed patio dining area seems to be under reconstruction so all dinner is in the bar. There is an inside dining room but I understood it was only for breakfast. Dinner in the bar was exactly the level of mediocrity you'd expect from an airport hotel. Save money and walk to McDonalds if the weather's right. Finishings in the rooms are new, but they managed to install the curtains in a way that leaves a 6" (20cm) gap. I clipped it closed using one of the hangars from the closet (old travel tip everybody should know). Nothing but careless installation there since it did seem all new. As with most airport hotels, no real reason to stay here unless you are arriving late or leaving early."

"The staff was awesome and very helpful. We rented bikes and the person managing that was great too. The view from our room was good. The hot tub was broken and the jets wouldn't work, and that made us sad. The Hotel is located in a good area where we could walk or ride to lots of places. It was a good time."
