The Space:

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom (1600 sqft) villa has been thoughtfully designed to provide the utmost comfort and style. The interior boasts a fresh, modern aesthetic, adorned with curated coastal furnishings. Relax in the spacious living area or whip up culinary delights in the fully-equipped kitchen replete with state-of-the-art appliances and amenities. And when the allure of the beach calls, a mere 4-minute walk will lead you to the white powdery sands of Delray.

Pets and Emotional Support Animals are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and the guest must receive approval from the host prior to the reservation. All animals (i.e. pets, emotional support animals, service animals) are not allowed to be left alone in the villa at any time, and the guest is liable for any damage incurred by the animal. The property was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and in a very good location just two blocks from the beach and half a block from Atlantic Ave. We enjoyed the convenience and charm of the area.Unfortunately, a few issues impacted our stay. The bed was missing a fitted sheet, and although the host said one was in the closet, it wasn’t. He offered to resolve it, but I had brought one and handled it myself. Only three beach towels were provided despite four guests, which felt like an oversight.The most upsetting part was how the property manager handled a car issue. Our SUV broke down and we sold it, expecting the buyer to pick it up the day we left. When that didn’t happen, I responded immediately to the manager’s concerns and contacted the buyer twice. Despite my efforts, the manager became hostile, calling the situation “unreasonable” and demanding I remove a car I no longer owned. I explained that legally I couldn’t touch it, but he escalated and called the police.In all my years of renting, I’ve never encountered such an aggressive and uncooperative response from a property manager. I’ve always had respectful, professional interactions with hosts, and I take pride in being a responsible guest. This experience left me genuinely upset, and I suspect it may unfairly impact my rating. While the location and property were excellent, the handling of this situation was deeply disappointing and not reflective of the standards I’ve come to expect from VRBO stays.

Location, location, location! This place is luxuriously spacious, and the location is spectacular. Easy, attentive communications. This is the perfect place if you want easy access to the beach and the offerings of Atlantic Ave, all tucked into a quiet, lush location just steps away from it all.

Best of both worlds

First of all the place was super clean. We stayed for three nights and had a great time. All the amenities we on point. I actually forgot my pillow but their pillows were even better.. And the bedding was super soft ( I looked at the tag on the sheets and will be buying the exact same sheets lol) Every room had very large Google TVs and the wifi worked perfectly. The place was just perfect.... But to top the actual place was its location. Its right in between the beach and the shops and restaurants. We walked to coffee shops in the morning and to amazing dinner options at night. During the day we walked to the beach and to the many shops around the area. Everything is within a few blocks. Even art museums and many...many ice cream shops. My wife said it was one of her best vacations. People say they would stay here again all the time but for real we will be booking this place again.
