You will have full access to use the common space, kitchen, etc. (same common space access as renting the full 2BD/2BA, only minus access to the other bedroom and bathroom.

Brand-new, stainless steel appliances, 65-inch smart TV, washer and dryer, central AC and high-speed internet/wifi. Access to swimming pool in complex and free parking.

Two miles from the beach. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and restaurants. Easy access to I-95.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
Strictly no smoking: non-compliant guest will be assessed a $750 cleaning fee.

Number of guests: maximum number of guests is 2 but may consider additional guests for an additional charge on a case by case basis. Please inquire for details before booking.

Long-term stays: Long-term rentals are welcome on a case by case basis, but you must inquire and receive approval before booking.
