Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Upon arrival, service was good. Walked into room and it was a little dirty, sheets had markings, food on the ceiling , hair in the shower and the floor was so dirty you had to wear your shoes when walking around after a shower or your feet turned black. We stayed for 2 days just myself and my two children. Took them swimming yesterday and there were was a huge family in the pool that weren’t staying there , it was crowded. Today we checked out , I piled the towels even the bed sheets the room was cleaner then my arrival. The lady working the front desk went to check the room when we were departing , she comes back and tells me she has to charge me, I said charge me for what, you had marker on one of the towels. I looked at her marker? We have no markers, I then said hot Cheetos she said no, she shows me and it’s fruity pebbles cereal. If you have children you know it will come out. So I told her that will come out once washed, she said no we tried I’m charging you. SMH are you serious. I paid 10 dollars for a towel?! Honestly she should have given me the towel I paid for then. I am a business owner of my own cleaning company, this was a last min trip with my children and I’m sorry I know how to keep things neat , clean and wash towels. Besides that she was giving me the rudest stare. Never will stay at a motel 6 and now I know why I have never before.
