The amenities are nice, the front desk staff could take a note from the bar staff in the friendly department- but they're not working for tips. I was a bit floored by the additional fees after booking. Be prepared to pay an additional $50+ per night ON TOP of the portion you already pay for the stay. That was not a fun surprise. Overall, the property is beautiful, but the rooms seem 'thin,' and you can hear your noisy neighbors quite well.

The staff was very nice here. I only had two issues, one being $35 to self-park (vs. $40 for valet), and the other was the strong bleach smell in the first room we were given. After about 15 minutes, my wife and I noticed our eyes were burning so I requested a room change, which was accommodated quickly. Beyond that, property was clean and amenities were good. Friends who stayed there told me they paid $30 per breakfast which is pretty steep.

Outdoor venue is wonderful. Rooms are Good, but lack reading lights, Coffee Mugs (not paper cups), Microwave, sliding door (could hardly open), Streaming TV. Had a terrible meal on News Years ($39 meal way below par, service almost non-existant) Plastic glass given for our water in restaurant/lounge. It was NOT busy, so really no excuses.
