Disliked: Cleanliness
The host responded immediately whenever we had issues, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the property itself was extremely dirty upon arrival and appeared very poorly maintained. We experienced multiple problems during our stay, including overflowing trash in cans, the oven not working and the hot water not working. To the host’s credit, they did come and fix those issues quickly.However, the home lacked even basic amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers were mounted in the showers but all were empty. There was no hand soap or bath mats in the bathrooms. The sheets were cheap, mismatched, and some appeared stained. Some pillows only had protectors on them and no cases. The beds looked hastily put together and were not inviting at all. There was even hair left inside drawers, dust everywhere and cobwebs throughout which made the cleanliness feel very questionable.The overall condition of the property felt neglected, living room furniture was awkwardly pushed against the walls, several light bulbs were out, missing cabinet pulls, air vents hanging from the cieling and there were junk & construction materials left in closets. The game garage was a nice feature, but it also had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival.The property has so much potential, but it really needs some TLC, better cleaning, and effort to make it feel more appealing and welcoming for guests before we could recommend staying here.
