The first luggage cart had a bad wheel. and it was hard to get it over the thresh hold in the room. Employee vehicle blocked the entrance as we were leaving. Had to be careful with the cart so not to hit the vehicle.

Door was not secure, it locked but was not a tight seal BY FAR, which let in ALL the noise from outside. Different room would have been better.
