Booked here for two nights for a dance competition. room wasn't too big. kind of snug. Looked like the hotel was under some type of renovations.

Room was not cleaned very well and from the outside of the building it looks awful. Our outside door closest to our room (door c) which is not labeled, does not unlock with a key card and per cleaning staff, “sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.” Pool hours are 8am to 10pm and at 8am Saturday morning I dressed all my kids and brought them down to the pool only to see a closed for maintenance sign. I called the front desk and the girl just told me the hours of the pool and hat if it’s closed for maintenance then it would be 2-3 hours. Why of all days and times wound you pick Saturday morning to do pool maintenance?! Otherwise, you get what you pay for.

Didn't clean room or change linens. Walk out into hallway and there's was a fresh pile of dog 💩 right outside my door (inside hallway). Went to front desk about it and after 45 minutes it wasn't cleaned up so I went back and gave them a choice of 15 minutes to clean it up out I will be glad to place it on your front desk, bag will be optional.
