For the housekeeping staff: if checkout time is 11 am and you arrived at 3 am the same morning… the night time staff said it was okay to check out a a little late. 11:05 am is not going that far over the time for rooms to get cleaned but the rudeness of housekeeping staff to nock on your door and state” you know check out is @11!” I explained above circumstances ( and a 22 hour continuous drive to get to this destination), I didn’t need to be rushed out and with 2 service dogs in tow! I’ve stayed at another home 2suites for 2 weeks in another state and it was a completely different experience.
