This is now apartments for people to bounce in and out of. I’m not sure why Expedia still has a contract with them. It’s not available as a hotel rental. Nobody at the front desk to help you a sign on the door that says they aren’t available for nightly rental

Decrepit on the outside. Did not honor reservation made A YEAR IN ADVANCE and did not notify of their not honoring it. We had to show up to find out we had no place to stay by a note posted on a door. Monthly rentals now. Typical slumlords.

This property is not excepting people to stay the night! They say they are no longer with expedia! I have been with expedia for several years and never had this happen to us! Please make sure we do not get charged because we had to go find another place and had to pay double the price because it was last minute! I have tried to contact Expedia. Please send me a phone number I can talk with someone!

This facility would not honor my reservation. They changed owners and rent by the month only. Ownership changed in November 24. I made reservations in late Jan 25. I had to scramble to find another hotel. Had I been made aware sooner all the problems encountered would have been avoided.

When I arrived at this hotel, I found out that they no longer operate as a hotel. They have been purely residential for many months and should NOT be listed on Expedia as a hotel. I was left to find another place to stay for the night at the last minute, and because of this ended up paying much more for the night.

The property was sold to a new owner. The old owner still has the property on Expedia, but you will not have a room when you arrive. The new owners use it for long stay rental, starting at one month. They do not have a license for short stays and cannot and will not honer reservations made through Expedia. Expedia should have removed this property long ago, as similar comments have been made before and the property seem to have changed ownership a year ago already.

Do not stay here. No one at the front desk ever we were lucky there was one at check in. No elevator, outdated. Room smelled moldy. Bed is terrible and stained. Don't waste your money for a few extra dollars stay somewhere else. When you call the number they leave on the door no one ever answers it. Just horrible not even worth one star.

This place is terrible. No front desk staff you have to call a phone number and good luck getting ahold of someone. No one there when you need extra toiletries. Bed is terrible. Check out no one at the desk. No one would answer the phone number they tell you to call when we tried calling several times. Pay extra stay somewhere else. Will not be back here.

There were no cups or coffee but there was a coffee pot. The furniture that held the tv and fridge was broken and we couldn’t access the fridge. No tv guide. I mean just knowing what each channel is would have saved 20 minutes of surfing.

We got there at 4:30 pm and was told our room was not ready. We did not wait for our room to be ready because we had been driving all day and were ready to relax. The manager told us he had all of his cleaning staff call in and we would have to wait for our room to be cleaned.Hotel check in is at 3 pm and our room should had been ready.
