"Booked a single yet given a double for the same price as off season and hotel more or less empty. Room nice and warm (it needed to be as freezing outside). The hotelier, Pieter, was very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help."

"We had to park about a mile from the hotel and drag our cases as the resort was full. Reception was chaotic. "The staff were extremely nice at this hotel. I appreciated the concern and kindness shown by Mike at the front desk when I let him know we were going to be checking out of our room early (nothing serious happened, just an unfortunate cutting short of our trip due to bad planning). He was also helpful in explaining how to buy a tram ticket. The breakfast was great and the eating area was pleasant. The hotel is very conveniently located for the tram and easy to get to the train station (we actually walked to it when we first arrived, it's about a mile and a half). My only complaint is that the bed was extremely hard, which is tough on my lousy back. I'd probably stay there again because of the other great features but it would be an easier choice with a better mattress."

"The Staff were very friendly & very helpful throughout our 4 day stay. A perfect hotel right in the middle of everything 150 yards in any direction, the 7 kilometre beech was fantastic. A great 4 day break, with the help of the hotel staff. Thank you All."
