This will be a honest review. We booked this hotel because we were looking for something close to the Daytona International Speedway for the Daytona 500 weekend. Beware of extra fees. We booked through Expedia. They say you can check in early but with a 20 dollar fee. I went ahead and paid it. When we got there the parking lot was half full and it stayed half full the whole weekend. The room was okay. It was definitely outdated. The tv is only in the living room area. They could add a tv to the other bedroom. Also there is no dishwasher in the room and you have to wash dishes before you leave. The shower was not the best either because during it, it would go from hot to cold and if you put a little cold it would go from super cold and then back super hot. This happens multiple times. Also the toilet was messing up as well. We had to multiple occasions take the top off the tank and hit the fill valve to get it to refill. When we were checking in they gave us a parking pass. When we were getting ready to leave the keys the front desk asked the question where is the plastic hanger at? We had already packed the van up and had to basically tear through it again to find the plastic hanger. Had I not retuned it would have been a 40 dollar fee. Per Those plastic hangers do not cost 40 for each one so it shouldn’t be a fee. It’s amazing how many fees you have and then also about housekeeping you have a fee. This hotel needs a serious remodel and everything needs revitalized.

The woman who checked us in was very pleasant, that was our only interaction with the staff. The property was about what you'd expect for something built in the 60s and only repaired never updated. We stayed in 506. It was minimally cleaned, liveable but not clean. The fridge barely worked, nothing was cold in even with it turned all the way up and kept closed for 14 hours. The shower wouldn't completed switch so the pressure sucked. The fauctes were falling out of the walls. The toilet leaked at the wall so the bathroom floor was wet all the time. The kitchen faucet knobs leaked. The outlet by the bed sparked when you plugged anything in. Didn't try any other appliances. We just stayed here as a crash pad for race weekend. Not the worst place I've ever stayed but we won't be back

Great location right on the water very clean and very well stocked! The rooms are old and you could hear everything in surrounding rooms. The kiddie pool is what you see in the pics …. There is NO Hot tub! I did think it was a little steep however it’s Daytona 500 so to be expected

Room was clean, a bit humid as to be expected being on the ocean. Really well equipped, cutlery, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cooking utensils, a blender, and an air fryer. Bed is a bit firm due to it being a Murphy, but overall very well worth the cost of admission
