First off 100 deposit that was wrong think ppl sreals y yhey deposit very wrong Second it smelled like pee and got sick from it . Couldnt sleep ppl going on next room making a racket and dog bark. Swimming pool molded walls no towel, bottom of pool was rough and had stuff down in it way to much clorine no breakfast as i was told they was. Bathroom so small u cant turn around. I want or would like a refund. That was not worth 74.89 I will not go back or referr anyone there. Im very mad. I drove 3 hours and this happened. Grr

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize about the pool being cold, our heater went out and just waiting for it to arrive. We finished phase I of our remodel a couple of months ago. We have all new flooring, lighting and furniture. Phase II will begin in the very near future; all the bathrooms will be remodeled, also new carpet in hallways and the pool area as well.

Garbage smells

The overall experience was a little worse than times I have had at this same place before. The hallway leading to the back door smelled of rotten garbage for consecutive days. I'm not sure where it was coming from, but made me not want to go in or out of my room too often.

Help! No air. LOL

Pros: Convenience for the location we needed to be at. McDonald's is next door!
Cons: Some new furnishings.
Location: N/a. All business this trip.
It was stuffy when entering the room. Tried to turn on the air/heat unit and it did not work. Instead of moving us to another room the front desk person came up and worked on it. And, knew what they were doing. Reset twice and it worked!

Terrible experience

Room heater did not work. Called down to front desk and was told it needed to heat up. I mentioned I had been there 30 minutes and it had not heated up at all, only cold air blew out. He said he would be up to check on it. Another 30 minutes went by and I called again, you said you would be up to check on the heater I said. He made it up 10 minutes later. Said sorry there was nothing he could do and there were no available rooms. I asked for 4 blankets. Two for me and two for my daughter. He said we could have one a piece, that was the best he could do. It was in the 30's this night. My daughter and I slept in sweatshirts and socks trying to get warm. The next morning I went down to check out and asked for a discount on my room seeing we froze and didn't get much sleep at all. They tried to hand me a 15% off coupon for a future stay. I had to laugh at that ridiculousness, I will never stay here again. I was told there was nothing else they could do. I asked for a manager. She was sleeping and they couldn't call her. (So glad someone got some sleep). The manager did call me when she got in and offered me 10% off my stay. Better than nothing I guess. Never again.

Great place and a great rate!

Pros: Cleanliness, location, price.
Cons: Maybe add breakfast for people who wake up to eat it. I don't so it was okay for me.
Location: Close to Miami Valley Gaming if you like Slot machines.
I was really surprised about the Red Roof Inn in Middletown/Franklin. I usually think of Red Roof Inn's as 'dirty' hotels. I even requested a 'clean' room when I booked. I booked so late and they were like one of the only hotels left that are NOT on the national bed bug registry, which I check every time before I travel and still check the beds and rooms completely. I usually pay over 100 for a hotel and when this one was only a little over 50 I was worried. It has been renovated and has all new beds, bedding and flat screen TV's. We travel to Cincinnati, OH a lot and will be using this hotel again! One thing to add just in case you can't do stairs. No elevator, so ask for a 1st floor room if you can't do the steps to the 2nd floor.

Nice Hotel, Located close to Traders World.

Pros: Clean, easy to find, location. THE STAFF.
Cons: We were well pleased.
Location: Just off the interstate. close to traders World, 25 miles from Cincinnati Zoo.
The Room was nice & clean, The staff went out of their way to accommodate you. Located close to several places to eat.. Easy to find, just off I75.

Pros: Front desk lady very helpful. Assisted me in taking my bags UP THE STAIRS. No elevator.
Cons: Bath counter too low-at mid thigh( recently renovated??). LOUD noisy cheap vent half hanging off ceiling.
Location: Many top named restaurants, kroger/gas. Outlet mall close by (exit 29).
Easy on/off I-75. Across the street from McDonalds Indoor pool 24 availability of coffee tea
