Our quiet two bedroom suite is conveniently close to work. Meet your family for lunch. Be home every evening in time to cook up some comfort food in this curiously long kitchen. Chow, chat, and recharge at the 1 of 1 mesquite dining table. It's plenty big for poker or Exploding Kittens or--if it's a family-sized brawl you crave--a lively round of UNO. (Our legal team has advised us that you must bring your own UNO.)

The house features exceptional indoor air quality. The air conditioner maintains relative humidity just below 50%, and its MERV13 filters keep PM2.5 around 1ppm. The laundry area features dual washers: zip through chores. Swim. Hit the town. There are so many things to do that you might never notice there's no tv. Or maybe you do. Stream shows from any device on the 2gig wifi, run up to Craft96 or Cadillac Jack's to watch your teams, or take up that new hobby you haven't gotten around to.

We're three miles from Eagle Pointe rec center's large weight room and lap pool and one of Greater Houston's best muni tracks. The gc includes eighteen holes, a brand new seven hole par 3 course, and covered top tracer suites. Hit the range for Taco Tuesday and a cold beer. There are even free public pickleball courts up Eagle Drive and a kayak launch at Joe Matthews Park. So many things, so little time.
