In Dayton in a neighborhood

Had a great time in Dayton. This property is in a regular neighborhood. The unit was in the back of the house. We were able to park on the street most of the time. If not on the street we parked in the back. Clean and quiet. We were mainly there overnight and were at events during the day. Had a small refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. Great for a short stay. Comunnication with the owner was great and responsive.

More than adequate for a short stay rental

As described. Comfortable. Little farther from downtown than I assumed but that wasn't a problem really. Quiet. No real noise from front side of house. If it turns out that you need to park in the back, be careful. Like so many homes of that age, there's a very narrow alley between properties and it's grown up with a lot of thickets to see around etc. There was always a lot of cars parked on the curb in the front of the house so I had to opt for the back. But if you take your time and back out carefully you'll be fine. Can't think of any reason I wouldn't stay again.

Nice place to rest my head for one night. It has everything a hotel room would have but is cleaner and more comfortable.
