Even though they cleared the charge, I didn’t like they added, unknown to me until I checked my bill, a parking charge. They didn’t tell me that was a charge when I checked in. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Never was charged for parking before.

The property was well maintained.Change and the beds comfortable and clean. Wide selection of options for breakfast. The only issue was we were in a handicapped room and had trouble getting out. Apparently was due to an unusual type of security lock that was broken.The lock was too high up for someone in a wheelchair, and there were no instructions on how to open it. Staff responded immediately and made notes to report back to management and have maintenance take care of it. Customer service was excellent!!!
