Homey Home that art lovers will enjoy. Enjoyed the wood and craftsmanship throughout this beautiful Victorian home. Host is top notch ,easy to reach and deserves 10 stars. I really enjoyed my stay in Davenport and she was such a great host. She made sure to stay in contact with me while my stay. The house cooled very nicely in the summer so that was nice for me as well. It was very easy to get to everywhere that I wanted to go. It was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home-host not great

The house is old and beautiful. We were very comfortable and the home is well furnished. We only really used the home to bathe and sleep as we were there for a wedding so didn’t use most of the amenities. However, the host is trying to blame us for a ceiling fan that no longer works that we never used. For a house that is as old as it is, you should expect to have to do some maintenance and occasionally replace things. While I understand their frustration - blaming and charging someone for something that we didn’t use was beyond frustrating for us and we will not be returning and would not advise anyone to stay here.
