They have no KING beds!

The staff was pretty great at check-in. My wife and I quickly dropped off our gear in the room and went out for the evening. It wasn't until we returned late that night that I noticed that our room that was supposed to have a King-Size bed (which I had paid extra for), only had a Queen. Too late to deal with that night, I informed the front desk about it the next morning. The woman at the front desk informed me that the hotel had no Kings. Thinking we had reached a language issue, she assured me that the hotel was not out of Kings, they actually had not a single King-Size bed in the hotel. While she did nothing about it at the time, the front desk finally called my wife at 9 p.m. to say that they had decided to upgrade our room to a suite for our second and final night at their hotel. Correct your Expedia profile!
