The only problem I had personally was the low toilets with no grab bars. An easy fix would be Comfort Height toilets. Otherwise I loved everything else here.

Room was very nice! The front desk staff was awful. We called ahead, let them know our flight was delayed and that we would be arriving late. When we got there, no one to be found. We called the phone, it just kept ringing. Called out for help, no response. After over 10 mins someone finally came out of what looked like her break and was soooo rude to us.
