About this property

Valley Overlook, heart of Cuyahoga Valley National Park - Glamping Tent P9

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape at Valley Overlook Campground. This charming "glamping" tent is nestled in the heart of Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

Cuyahoga Valley National Park offers an abundance of outdoor activities, including picturesque hiking and biking, farm markets, the historic village of Peninsula, Scenic Railroad, and more.

Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat, our glamping tent in Cuyahoga Valley National Park is the perfect choice.

Inside, you'll find a spacious and inviting interior. The tent features a comfortable king bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the park. Two chairs and a table provide a cozy spot to relax, read a book, or plan your next adventure.

Please note that this glamping tent does not have HVAC, allowing you to fully embrace the natural elements and enjoy the fresh air. We provide conventional linen and a blanket for the bed. Since this is an "outdoor" experience, we recommend always bring weather-appropriate layers!

An electrical outlet is available inside to plug in and keep your devices charged, and there is a table lamp on the bedside table. All electric devices should be fewer than 15 amps.

A shared restroom facility with showers is just a short walk away, ensuring convenience without sacrificing the authentic camping experience. Freshen up after a day of hiking or biking and feel rejuvenated for the next day's adventures. Towels are not provided, so please be sure to bring with you on your trip.

On some evenings, concerts at our neighbor, Blossom Music Center may be audible. The farm across the street utilizes propane canons during the day for a few weeks out of the year to deter birds from eating their corn.

Parking is available nearby. There is a short walk to the tent site.

No trailers or oversize vehicles without written approval before arrival.

Visitors and extra guests are not permitted without prior written approval.

We use security cameras to monitor our driveway; there are no recording devices of any kind inside or pointed directly at any living space.

Cold weather notes: Seasonal temperatures in our area can reach below freezing, and nights can be cool year-round. Standard bedding and blankets are provided. Heated/electric blankets are *not* provided. Please pack warm layers and appropriate sleeping gear. Low-wattage space heaters (10 amps / ~1200W max) are permitted, but they may not reliably warm the space and can overload the circuit. For better supplemental warmth, consider bringing your own heated blanket. Open-flame or fuel-burning heat sources prohibited inside the tent or on the deck.

Sweet retreat :)

This place was so nice! Very cute, updated, clean. Nice bathrooms and grounds. We had stayed in one of the tents which had a comfy bed and cute porch/lights. Perfect for a little night or two away! My only negative was that some of the tents are a little close together. If we were trying to go for a full camping experience (like sitting out by the fire etc), it may have felt like we were a bit cramped.
