We were here twice in a week (before and after Mach Picchu) and they made us feel like royalty! Jennifer was soooo helpful in every way and we couldn’t get enough of Kiki the alpaca. The entire staff was so attentive. The restaurant was wonderful for dinner as well! Thanks!

Excellent choice! The staff was so helpful and attentive! Jennifer at the front desk was great and you have to meet Kiki the alpaca who is resident in the courtyard. Highly recommend this beautiful property for a few days to enjoy Cusco!

Location was good, staff were friendly, place was somewhat clean, the yard was cozy and had a good vibe..but our room was so small and it was next to the stairs, so every time someone used the stairs, we would hear a loud noise which woke us up multiple times.

Quaintest little space with resident llama! Warm and easy welcome, great courtyard and super friendly staff. The restaurant and breakfast were fantastic and the bed and room were comfortable. We had a refrigerator and great water pressure in the shower! Very quaint, well appointed, comfortable and friendly place that we would be happy to recommend to other travelers.

We had an excellent stay at Union Hotel! From the moment we arrived, Jennifer at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and pleasant. At the restaurant, Katherine and Annabelle went above and beyond with their friendly service and attention to detail, which made breakfast each morning a real highlight. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better—close to everything—and we really appreciated how they take care of the little details that make a stay comfortable and stress-free. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices to start the day right. Overall, Union Hotel has a fantastic team and atmosphere, and we’d happily stay here again! It definitely deserves 4 stars and up

Beautiful entry to hotel with open courtyard. Great dining area and a very accommodating and kind staff! Bed was okay and room was spacious. Could hear lots of talking in the morning from tour group but they probably had an early tour. Very good breakfast buffet. Close to the market for shopping. Thank you.

The hotel itself is cute and charming, with nice décor and thoughtful amenities, but unfortunately, my overall experience wasn’t great. A few days before my check-in, I requested an airport pickup and provided my full flight details well in advance. However, the reception insisted that my flight was going elsewhere and not to Cusco, so they didn’t arrange the pickup. We ended up having to find our own transportation upon arrival. Additionally, the water shut off in the middle of my shower, which was quite frustrating. While the room setup and amenities were nice, the lack of helpfulness from the reception and the service issues made the stay less enjoyable. I personally wouldn’t stay here again and would choose another hotel next time I visit Cusco.

Great Hotel & location. Extras provided in the room were fantastic. Best shower-head ever experienced in years of travel. Sour Pisco & Cerviche classes were awesome and Kiki the resident Alpaca was interesting and friendly. Also would like to compliment Jayherine who found my wife’s wallet in the restaurant and returned it within 30min!

The space was clean and airy. It was nice to share a king sized bed after a few weeks of travelling. There were nice touches like complimentary chocolaty treats. There were a lot of included items like personal bug spray, toiletries, etc. though thoughtful, I worry about potential waste overall with these features (for example we did not need any of these). The breakfast was really wonderful. There were a lot of programs offered during the day that we did not take advantage of because of our short stay. Overall, a few min walk off the main strip but that was ok by us. Union provided everything we needed!
