Great little hotel. Clean, comfortable. Friendly staff. Good location within easy walk of plaza armada and other sites. The room was decorated nicely and on the first day I received a treat box of chocolate and goodies. Lots of activities and live music. Excellent breakfast buffet. I would definitely go back there. I highly recommend it to others.

Picturesque hotel with some things to improve

Staff was very polite and nice, breakfast was very good. There is some entertainment so that was appreciated, like cooking classes and music at night for free. However, given the drought, the water service is not 24 hrs, internet service is intermittent, and there is no ventilation in the rooms. Depending on your room, there is a lot of noise given the location of the hotel facing a busy street, this was our case and it was difficult to sleep. But it is very picturesque and location is centric.

Very charming. Great food. They were having water issues and I had no water from 11:00 pm - 3:00 am but they provided bottles of water. There was also repair work going on which made it loud during the day.

We had a amazing stay in this hotel, restaurant, staff and location were great, the only issue towels were old and while I was drying my self one tear and they them charge me for it , when all the towels were in really bad condition , I think it just crime to replace them

This property was amazing! The room was spectacular with a very cool shower. We received a box of chocolates. The staff were great. Loved the courtyard with live music. The only downsides were the WiFi was poor in our room, and the traffic driving by was noisy.
