Stayed 3 times over the course of 10 days, rooms good but depending on the one you stay in results in a heating control either being provided or having to be requested, also each time we stayed the breakfast service was different and rather lacking in options (plus on the one occasion we were offered an early check it time breakfast box / confirmed it was required the night before - it was forgotten on the morning itself)

We were hesitant since there weren’t any reviews yet, but choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions of our trip; this is the place if you want to feel treated like royalty while not breaking the bank. The breakfast is made to order, the rooms are super quiet, and the staff and service are phenomenal. There’s a heater in room. The staff accommodated our early departure, plus prepared a boxed breakfast for our 4am Rainbow Mountain trip. The onsite restaurant is incredibly affordable with great food. 10/10, do stay here!

A recepção foi super cordial em guardar nossas malas, o quarto estava limpo, tinha aquecedor satisfatório, a cama bem grande e confortável, porém quando chegamos as tomadas não estavam funcionando e não pudemos carregar os celulares. No entanto no dia seguinte a recepcionista não poupou esforços em resolver o problema e realmente resolveu. Tbm não tinha água no frigobar. No café da manhã podíamos pedir omeletes, ovos diversos, torradas etc a parte e sem custo. E estavam deliciosos

Este hotel foi a melhor escolha que eu podia ter feito! Staff e atendentes especialmente simpáticos e disponíveis para ajudar a qualquer momento. Localização perfeita a poucos minutos da Plaza de Armas, com apenas uma subida (o que é perfeito em Cusco!). Quarto com aquecimento controlado pela recepção, mas no geral o quarto já não é tão gelado quanto outro hostel que me hospedei, e isso faz toda a diferença. Café da manhã excepcional com muitas opções inclusive um cardápio com pedidos. Chuveiro com água quente e todos os itens a disposição. A melhor opção em Cusco sem dúvidas!!
