This wonderful property has approximately 1700 square feet that features 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, perfect for a group getaway. With amenities like private dock, fast WIFI, electric fireplace, hot tub, screened-in gazebo with ceiling fan and lights, extra propane tanks for grill and fire pit, corn hole game, outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs, side porch with lighted pergola with bar height table and chairs, grill, sets of bar height Adirondack chairs with tables on the surrounding deck, washer and dryer, and central air and heating. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 2 full bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub for added convenience. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Currituck. Sleeps 8.

This beautiful waterfront home is a peaceful refuge close to the Outer Banks. Enjoy the access from the private pier to fishing, crabbing, and swimming in the sound. The convenience and beauty of sound life is in your back yard at this location!

To ensure that all our guests can enjoy our home, we respectfully require the following:

Trash cans are located behind the white fence located on the driveway. Please place the trash can/s on the driveway side of the street opposite to the mailbox on Wednesday night with arrow side facing street. Trash pickup occurs on Thursday am. All trash needs to be in the trash can. Thanks for helping us keep the property ready for all guests.

We had a spectacular visit at the Natchez ll house. Such a beautiful location. Can’t get any closer to the water than this home. The hosts provided such wonderful outdoor amenities. Beautiful views!! Beds were very comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. We very much enjoyed our time here. Especially on the back deck! We did not use the hot tub or fire pit due to our schedule, but those are definitely things we typically would have enjoyed!

This was a fantastic property with very helpful hosts. The view was amazing. I was originally concerned about being right on the corner with water all around and having younger kids, 6 and 9, but the property has a fully enclosed fence with a wire mesh in-between the wood posts. It was solid. The kitchen was by far the best stocked my wife and I have ever had with spices, the typical pots and pans, and an individual Keurig and coffee pot. We needed for nothing to prepare family meals. There were also plenty of trash bags which I've found tend to be sparse with rentals like these. Overall it was a fantastic family vacation and we would absolutely stay here again.
