Wonderful property close to everything that Crystal River has to offer

Wonderful family vacation!

We had 2 families with children ranging from 5-15 and had the most wonderful stay at this home! The location was great, and close enough to restaurants, grocery, etc. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfy too! We all enjoyed the games, Wii, outdoor activities and all the other added amentities. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful & in a nice, quiet & safe neighborhood. Pet friendly so we could bring our dog so that always gives 5 stars! But this home exceeded expectations, spacious, 3 bedrooms & bathrooms! So nicely decorated. The property manager answers questions promptly & went above & beyond with offers to let us check in early & also to help navigate boat to the home by water. A nice bottle of wine was waiting on for my arrival with a sweet note. Great stay! Definitely would stay again.

Fantastic home, very clean and well appointed. Host Roseanne was amazing to work with especially since we had to move dates around due to Christmas winter storm. Caught fish, swam with manatees, overall good time in the Crystal River area.

If you are looking for a very large and super nice home for a stay in Crystal River, look no further than this one. Owners Roseanne and Nicki were gracious guests who were very interested in our comfort and accommodating with our pet request. The home was very recently remodeled and very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and our comfort. We had a party of four guests, and there were actually two large rooms we really never used. From waterfront access for the boat, to kayacking to the sunset, to coffee on the dock in the morning, we really enjoyed all that this house had to offer. We would give this house and its owners six stars for our experience renting here if we could. We look forward to coming back and renting this house again in the future. Thank you Roseanne and Nicki for your house and hospitality last weekend.

Nery lovely house

It was lovely at the house and it was well equipped. Lots of room to spread out with our family of eight Roseanne responded almost immediately for any inquiries we had. Our only complaint would be we could not find our way back to the dock from our rental place as the channels were not well marked out for a tourist. Perhaps a map could be provided for future boaters.

Look no further!

This house is fantastic! We had a delightful and relaxing time here. Rosanne and her crew were easy to reach and available when needed. The process was easy. The house was furnished with everything you need and more. The beds were so comfortable. The deck offered wonderful sunsets to finish out each evening. It was only a ten minute drive to a the center of town for little shops and springs access. We appreciated the water access in the backyard of the house for a great kayak down the inlet. I sure hope to return again! Thank you for opening your home to us!!

Our family had a great time!

The owners were very responsive and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the restaurants and parks. Fishing was great...we didn't have to run far to fish. My son caught his first cobia only minutes from the house. We'll definitely be back!
