This waterfront property has 2 KING BEDS and a casual living room highlighting a cozy couch, rocking chair, FUTON and a 55" smart TV. In our rustic kitchen, you'll have a keurig and drip coffee maker, crockpot, griddle, a pressed grilled cheese pan and toaster, but the real star of the show is the RED RETRO FRIDGE.

*This home is one side of a duplex but is completely private with a large private deck and backyard and 6-8' fencing on both sides).

*Kayaking to 3 sisters takes about 35minutes from the house or you can visit 3 Sisters Springs via the boardwalk.

🅿️Hunter Springs Park is perfect for swimming, snorkeling and boating.
👙Bicentennial Park Pool is just 3 miles away and another great place to take the kids swimming. Swimming is allowed in the canal but it is at your own risk. Alligators can be in the canal.

BOATERS
Our canal can get shallow, 2' at lowest tide so pontoons, bay boats, flat bottoms are best. There are two ways in and out so we can assist you with the best direction. 20' boat in length is the max recommended for this boat slip.

SAFETY
Our property is located directly on a canal. The dropoff from the seawall into the canal can be as much as 6' or so. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES AND NOT LEFT OUTSIDE ALONE. POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS WILDLIFE COULD BE IN THE AREA AS WELL.

PESTS
Our property is treated for pests regularly. We cannot guarantee you will not see a pesky critter in the house as this is Florida!! Our home is cleaned thoroughly and treated but insect sightings can occur. Keep doors and windows closed when not in use.

CAMERAS
We do have motion sensored cameras at the front door facing street and back door facing yard. This step deters unwanted solicitation, illegal activity and helps us manage our staff. Thank you for understanding.
