Beginning with Amy the girl in front desk so pleasant and nice. The hotel is near everything you can name it, gas station the attractions for kayaking, swim with the manatees, also near supermarkets.

We can begin with Amy the girl in front desk. She was fenomenal, veey friendly and helpfull. Alao the Hotel is near everything, gas station, supermarkets, restaurants, you name it.

Check in and out personnel lacked any social skills never a "welcome or thank you nothing Also was told prior 2 visit yes pet friendly $30 one time pet fee but was charged $30 per day

Very clean , very modern looking. However, check in tool for Weber because for a trainee at the desk. The more experienced person there just sat back and let the newbie go though the process , unsuccessfully, 3 times before stepping in. Unsatisfactory. I understand she needed to learn but letting her fail 3 times while I am waiting??
