Perfect location for scalloping and proximity to town. Easy access to water and has nice dock. It does get very shallow at low tide so anything larger than 20ft boat may be questionable if you plan to leave it tied up. House is clean and has everything we needed, spent most time on the water with where it is located.

We loved the place and the boat access. FYI the toilet in the extra bedroom runs and the hosebib won't shut off completely by the grill. It was clean,quiet and the couches and king bed were very comfortable. Thanks for sharing your home.

Fun Stay!

Quiet, clean, and comfortable - we enjoyed our stay! Close to boat ramp and easy to get to river from the dock. Dock looks new and was a great spot to keep our boat. Close to many restaraunts and grocery store. Would love to visit again!

Perfect Place to Stay in Crystal River!

This was the perfect place to stay on our week trip to Crystal River for kayaking and snorkeling with the manatees. Location in about 4 miles out of town with a 8-10 minute drive to all the tour places. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a drip coffee maker. Beds were comfortable and the canal location was exotic and very safe.We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful

This place was absolutely beautiful. The space under the house was very convenient for washing dive gear and letting it drip dry, and the screened in porch was a great place to sit, watch the sunrise, and listen to the birds sing. Would definitely recommend.

This house had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is nice and is well stocked. Like every house in the area, it is built up with parking below so has a flight of stairs to get in. It is centrally located to good restaurants, shopping, a beach and boating excursions. We would definitely stay there again!

Quiet, comfortable getaway

This is a great place to stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. The house offers many amenities and a lovely lanai. It is located between the town of Crystal River and the Gulf coast beach with access to several boat launches. The house was quite clean with the exception of 2 area rugs There was an issue with the sheets not being available or just worn out but other than those 2 complaints, the house was quite enjoyable.

We loved the house. It is in a neighborhood but it feels so private. My husband and grandson loved the fishing. What you see online is exactly what the house is. Would want to stay here again if we come back to Crystal River.

Excellent Crystal River getaway location

The place is exactly as described and very clean. Everything was in good working condition and we enjoyed our stay. We ran into a few weather issues heading into our trip and the property manager worked with us to accommodate our concerns. She even personally drove to the property and checked on it prior to our arrival. I definitely look forward to returning and staying there in the future.

First Time in Crystal River

The location was perfect, the setting quiet. One small issue with no kitchen towels-the property manager sent new ones out within a few hours. Very pleased with the prompt response.
