Séjour très agréable dans une maison typique. L'emplacement de la location est idéal et le jardin très agréable : on a le soleil du matin au soir. La maison est très bien équipée. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et répond à toutes les demandes.

Maison mitoyenne dans le centre de Morgat

Petit maison mitoyenne dans le centre de Morgat. Très bien équipée pour la cuisine.Fatima est réactive pour régler tous les problèmes matériels. Elle est d'une extrême gentillesse.Il y a encore quelques points à améliorer comme les volets d'une des chambres bien rouillés mais on sent que le propriétaire est à l'écoute pour programmer les travaux nécessaires à l'entretien de cette maison.Mais le gros point noir est l'absence de parking réservé ce qui oblige à trouver un stationnement parfois très éloigné spécifiquement en période d'événements à Morgat et en pleine saison.

Altmodisch & mit Charme

Über dieses Haus gibt es einige negative Kritiken, die wir so nicht ganz nachvollziehen können. Es ist ein altes Haus mit alten Möbeln; ein leichter Geruch nach alten Wänden und altem Holz ist anfangs wahrnehmbar. Ich möchte das Haus als Haus mit Charme bezeichnen - ist uns lieber als das ewige Ikea-Einlerlei. Das Haus liegt an einem Fußweg, der auf Google-Maps nicht eingezeichnet ist. Sie müssen das Auto auf dem Parkplatz vor der Schule abstellen und dann ca. 150m zu Fuß weitergehen. In der Nebensaison haben wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Anfangs hat W-Lan nicht funktioniert; man hat aber sehr schnell für Abhilfe gesorgt - hier ein großes Lob. Meine Frau und ich haben uns jedenfalls drei Wochen wohlgefühlt. Lokale, Strand, Supermarkt - alles sehr nah zu Fuß erreichbar. PS.: auch der Garten war prima aufgeräumt - andere hatten auch da was schlechtes geschrieben, stimmt aber nicht - und Äpfel können auch mal runter fallen.

Petit havre de paix breton

Jolie petite maison, très propre, fonctionnelle et confortable. Appropriée quand on a un chien avec le jardin clos. Proche du centre et de la plage. Très calme. Accueil chaleureux par la personne en charge du ménage et qui répond très vite à vos demandes. Seul bémol: le jardin devrait être entretenu au vu du prix...( mon mari a dû tondre et ramasser toutes les pommes qui jonchaient la pelouse et rendaient l'accès à la maison, fort glissant! Salle de bain à moderniser. Mais de manière générale, je recommande.

Bien place mais hebergement bof

Accueil minimum. Maison tres bien situee mais pas entretenue. Jardin en savane (ronces dans le passage !) Salon jardin Hs. Mauvaise odeur persistante dans la maison. Menage a la va vite...cafetiere Hs, grille pain Hs bouilloire tres entartree. Pas de produits d entretien. Mobilier suranee et non adapte. Canape et fauteuil defonces par le temps !Fatima, va et vient sans prevenir de sa venue (attention de ne pas etre en petite tenue !). En resume l entretien general laisse vraiment a desirer. Dommage car la maison est sympa et en plus a 100m de la plage. Que fais le proprietaire ?

Super Lage für alle Aktivitäten

Nach den ersten beiden unerfreulichen Überraschungenen, Kommunikation nur über französisch und sehr unangenehmer Geruch im ganzen Haus, war doch die sehr gute Lage, bequeme Betten und gut ausgestattete Küche sehr erfreulich. Zum Glück hatten wir nur gutes Wetter und konnten die ganze Zeit durchgängig Lüften.

La maison aurait besoin d'être rafraîchie, la déco et les peintures datent de quelques années... Néanmoins la maison est très bien située, Morgat et ses habitants sont très sympa, la plage, les commerces et les activités sont à deux pas de la location. Les ruelles sont charmantes et l'ambiance est bonne.

Idéalement située à Morgat, c’est un lieu calme, très agréable,bien ensoleillé…proche de la plage et des commerces, on y vit très bien sans voiture. Séjour très reposant, plein d’émerveillement à la découverte de la presqu’île. Je recommande.

logement confortable, à deux pas de la plage ! l'inconvénient est l'absence d'une place de parking privée : il faut donc se garer sur le parking qui se trouve à proximité, mais qui est parfois complet.... Morgat est une petite ville très agréable !

Ruhig und zentral

Das Ferienhaus im bretonischen Stil liegt in zweiter Reihe und wird über den Garten betreten. Es liegt zentral, aber dennoch ruhig, so dass man sich im schönen Garten super erholen kann. Durch eine schmale Gasse erreicht man innerhalb von 2 Minuten den Stadtstrand sowie die Promenade von Morgat. Während unseres zwei wöchigen Aufenthalts haben die Vermieter im Nebenhaus ebenfalls geurlaubt und haben uns mit höchster Gastfreundschaft empfangen und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hatten wir sehr schönen Urlaub und würden auch definitiv wiederkommen.

Hält was es verspricht. Schönes kleines Haus in ruhiger zentraler Lage. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
