Schönes Haus und gute Lage

Das Haus hat viel Charme, schöne alte Möbel im bretonischen Stil. Sehr zentral gelegen, zu Fuß (bei Ebbe) in 3 Minuten am Sandstrand. Bei Flut ca. 7 Minuten weiter im Ortskern. Der Garten ist sehr groß, gut gepflegt, eingezäunt und damit perfekt für unsere Kinder. Einziger Minuspunkt: 2 der 5 Betten waren extrem durchgelegen, die Matratzen sehr einfach und in die Jahre gekommen. Die sollten unbedingt erneuert werden (inkl. einem ordentlichen Lattenrost!) Ansonsten sehr schön!!

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus rundherum wohl gefühlt. Besonders die Küchenausstattung ist hervorragend, es fehlt an nichts. Auch das Bad macht einen sauberen und renovierten Eindruck. Selbst unser Hund hat sich pudelwohl gefühlt.

Ein sehr individuell und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Die sanitären Anlagen nahezu neu. Großes eingezäuntes Grundstück - unser Hund war begeistert. Die Straße am Haus wenig befahren. Bäcker in der Nähe, Strand und Ort fußläufig zu erreichen. Die beste Unterkunft inder Bretagne bisher

Sehr hübsches und gut ausgesta...

Sehr hübsches und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen schöne und ruhige Woche dort verbracht. Reisetipps: Neben der atemberaubenden Natur und Küste – wer kann sollte den Küstenwanderweg ein Stück entlang wandern (festes Schuhwerk!) – ist bei Argol eine schöne keine Cidrerie einen Besuch wert.

Für einen traumhaften Urlaub in Crozon-Morgat

Die Unterkunft hat viel bretonischen Stil. Da es ein älteres Haus ist, sind die Türstürze natürlich etwas tiefer als in modernen Häusern. Das hat meinem Mann mit 1,96 ein paar Beulen eingebracht. Die Ausstattung ist absolut in Ordnung. Mit den neuen Küchengeräten hat man schnell gekocht und der Kühlschrank mit Gemüsefach hält auch Gemüse länger frisch. Durch die Belüftungsanlage im OG sind die Zimmer auch immer frisch. Der Kontakt kann zwar nur französich aber ist sehr sehr freundlich.

Die Lage ist vorzüglich, nah a...

Die Lage ist vorzüglich, nah am Strand, nah am Ort, und doch ruhig. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet mit bretonischen Möbeln, sehr authentisch, sehr liebevoll.Der mediterrane Flair des Gartens ist leider dem Palmenwurm zum Opfer gefallen. Reisetipps: Morgat ist ein kleiner, feiner, bretonisch - herber Standort, noch nicht mit Galerien und Boutiquen verschandelt.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alle vorhanden, Restaurants in bunter Fülle, alle sehr schön gelegen.

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhige...

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet neben 2 Hotels (könnte im Sommer vielleicht etwas lauter werden). Man ist schnell am Wasser und auch an der Promenade. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr geräumig, die Zimmer sind hell und die Betten waren bereits bezogen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Alles war sauber (auch nirgendwo war Schimmel) und aufgeräumt. Der Garten ist groß, allerdings wurden leider die großen Bäume gefällt und es ist kein Spielgerät für kleinere Kinder vorhanden. Die Küche ist allerdings mehr als dürftig ausgestattet. Sollte man selber kochen wollen, muss man folgendes mitbringen: alle Küchenmesser, Kochlöffel, Dosenöffner, Reibe, größere Schüsseln etc. Auch größere Tassen sind nur für 2 Personen vorhanden. Die Spülmaschine sollte dringend von den Vermietern nachgeschaut werden, da sie nicht richtig funktioniert und das Geschirr in allen Programmen nicht immer sauber gewaschen wird.Der Kamin hat sehr gut funktioniert. Es sollte aber eine Schiebetür oder wenigstens ein Vorhang an der Tür angebracht werden, da die Wärme sonst rasch ins Obergeschoss abzieht. Wir haben uns jedenfalls dort sehr wohl gefühlt und sagen vielen Dank! Reisetipps: Morgat ist ein hübsches Örtchen, schöner als Crozon. Gleiches gilt für Camaret sur mer, das in ca. 15 min. zu erreichen ist. Die gesamte Halbinsel ist ideal zum Wandern, Baden, Angeln, Surfen. Wer Fahrrad fahren will, muss allerdings ganz schön strampeln. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es an Bäckereien reichlich, in Crozon ist ein großer Supermarkt und gleich in der Nähe ein Baumarkt für Kaminholz. In Camaret sur mer kann man sich am Hafen Hummer frisch abkochen lassen und mit nach Hause nehmen. Dort gibt es auch ein erstklassiges Fischgeschäft. Die Ruinen der Abtei von Landevennec sind sehr sehenswert, ebenfalls ein kleines Museum am Pointe de Penhir zur deutschen Besatzung (Atlantikwall). Am Pointe des Espagnoles hat man eine tolle Sicht auf Brest; diese Meerenge wurde bereits durch Vauban militärisch mit Bastionen gesichert. Erlebenswert ist auch der Pointe du Raz. Das Oceanopolis in Brest kann man sich unserer Meinung nach sparen. Das Fischereimuseum in der Ville close von Concarenau (ca. 1 Std. Fahrt) ist dagegen toll, genauso wie die alte Festung selbst. Für Freunde der Dupin–Krimis: im l'Amiral isst man hervorragend. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder in diese Region kommen!

muffiger Geruch vorrangig in der feuchten nicht allzu sauberen Küche und in den Schränken im Erdgeschoss, so dass wir keine Lust zum Kochen hatten. Spülbecken war abends nach der Benützung am Morgen vom Frühstücken noch nass. Haben unser benötigtes Geschirr zuvor von Hand gespült und immer das gleiche benutzt. Enge Dusche im neuen Bad ist nicht für große und beleibte Personen geeignet. Schöner großer Garten zum Sitzen und Sonnen in der ruhigen und zentrumsnah gelegenen Unterkunft. Vermieterin stand gefühlt sehr unter Zeitdruck und nicht sehr auskunftsgebend bzgl. nah gelegener Restaurants und Einkaufsläden. Reisetipps: sehr gute Ausgangslage für die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Halbinsel Crozon.

Les + : - Maison bien située à 2 pas de la mer, à environ 1km de Morgat - Joli jardin Les - : - Mauvaise literie (matelas mous) - pas de volets ni de rideaux occultants dans 2 des 3 chambres donc oubliez les grasses matinées... - équipement pour cuisiner insuffisant : pas une seule casserole assez grande pour y faire bouillir un crustacé (dommage vu l’offre locale en crabes homards et araignées !), barbecue électrique minuscule, pas de rape à fromage, cafetière électrique annes 80... - pas de jeux pour les enfants (ni même un jeu de cartes pour les adultes)... vu la météo dans la région ce serait pourtant une attention appréciable... - le prix tres élevé : à ce tarif on attendait une prestation beaucoup plus haut de gamme en terme de confort... Bref, trop cher pour ce que c’est !
