The "Coeur d'Iroise" gîte, with the "Gîtes de France" label (2 épis), is ideal for families and hikers.
It is located in a very quiet area close to the beach (300m), Morgat's shopping center (600m) and the port (1km).
Accommodation:
The property can accommodate a maximum of 15 guests including babies/toddlers.
Ground floor (disabled access with wheelchair):
* 1 dining room with open-plan kitchen (all "comfort" equipment, a HiFi radio-CD), overlooking the front garden.
* 1 small veranda overlooking the rear garden
* 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90/190) overlooking the rear garden.
* 1 bathroom: walk-in shower, washbasin, WC.
* 1 entrance hall.
* 1 laundry/boiler room (10kg washing machine, 6kg tumble dryer, freezer).
1st floor:
* 1 bedroom 1 bed 140/190, sea view.
* 1 bathroom: claw-foot bath, washbasin, WC.
* 1 games room (board games available + various games for children aged 0 to 6 approx.), lounge (TV, DVD player), sea view.
