Answer the phone and door. Nobody at the desk. Paid for a room and didn’t get to stay. Went to Super 8. I’ll never stay at a Red Roof.

Go somewhere else!

Bathroom light was not working. Reported it to the on duty managers before I moved anything into the room. Left for an hour or so. Came back. Was already after 9pm. Had to get up at 4am. Still no bathroom light! I tried to take a shower and skipped and fell. Reported it to same manager, who seemed very unconcerned. He had his money and could care less about guest. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A HALF DECENT, SAFE ROOM! I wont be going back!

My bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There are Waffle House and Cracker Barrel next door. The facility needs loving attention yet again since it was clean, I was happy!

While the stay was better than I expected for a red roof inn, I still wasn’t impressed. The room smelled like cigarettes and mouse urine. I’m fairly certain the mouse smell was coming from the ac unit. The bathroom had very clear water damage that hadn’t been properly fixed. Upon closer examination, several areas were not cleaned well- dirty lamp shades, layers of dirt built up into the light switches, dirty walls, and even a handprint still on the headboard. It was close to the road so it was loud all night. Breakfast consisted of two basic cereals and bagels that we saw out the night before. That’s all. You get what you get for the price paid, but I wouldn’t stay again unless necessary. It wasn’t the worst, but it was far from great.
