Wish we stayed somewhere else.

The lady working was nice and the manager was nice as well. However room was pretty unkempt and dirty in pretty easy to reach places. The remote for the tv worked intermittently and the mini fridge was so loud we had to unplug it. It was a bit confusing that there was no water dispenser anywhere, only vending machines that only take cash. Waking up to the “continental breakfast” would have been laughable if we weren’t all hungry as hell.

I never leave bad reviews but this place is just that bad. The name is misleading, NOT affiliated with Country Inn & Suites. We were charged double the cost of our room to have our clean/quiet dogs there. We couldn’t sleep at all, beds are rock hard, pillows are paper thin, cobwebs, hair and filth all around. Absolutely disgusting. I would like to repeat, I NEVER leave bad reviews.

Replace your shower heads every king room weve stayed in within last year they are garbage the shower heads. Bathrooms always have left over hair all over the floors ect Cleaning needs to be retrained

Booked a two night stay at this facility for Feb 14-16 and was very disappointed.  The front desk clerk wasn’t very pleasant from the beginning.  Once we got to the room it was terrible all the way around the room.  The bathroom was the most disgusting part of the room.  There was mold all around the shower, plaster around shower head falling in pieces, the ceiling of the shower was mold ingested, the toilet I had to hold the lever until the water drained, the sink was turned on for 10 seconds and got clogged,  one of the beds sheets had stains all over it, my daughter and I had to sleep in the same bed which was uncomfortable as beds were small, the freezer made an awful noise so I unplugged it.  The curtains towards the window had stains on them, the front door to the room was molded.  I would like to get a refund back as we are not staying the second night.  The front desk guy said there weren’t any other rooms as there was a basketball tournament in Brainer this weekend and all the rooms and hotels were sold out.  I have never been so unsatisfied at any hotel I ever stayed at.  I was an executive housekeeper at the Delta in Fargo and I would never tolerate this room from being rented out.  I would appreciate a refund for this inconvience.  We were in room 112. Some to the front desk the next monrning and told her that we weren’t gonna stay the next night and she said unneeded to talk to the GM. No phone number was provided only an email. He denied my refund

Yellowed and stained towels and bed linens.

Towels and wash clothes were were stained and yellowed. Pillow cases and bed sheets were yellow. On day two I asked for another set of towels. They were provided but were in no better condition overall than the ones originally provided. Tap water was foul tasting. This also needs to be remedied. Unless they address these matters, I will look for a better place to stay the next time.

Cheap hotel for the night. There was a spider crawling on my bed when I first got there, the cable wasn’t working and there was an ear plug on the ground next to my night stand. Thankfully at least the wifi worked.
