Pictures weren't exactly how the property was. Expected more. No elevators, had to hand carry luggage up flights of stairs. Not good for older couples. Bed sat very low to floor and lighting poor. No usb sockets for phone charging.

Spacious, clean room, welcoming staff & lobby. We really enjoyed our stay here with the easy entrance to Glacier National Park & the good food right down the road in Columbia Falls. There is no elevator or lift for luggage, if stairs are a problem be sure to request a first floor room. Also, there is no sign for this Hotel but there is an empty spot for a sign, we called it our no-sign hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Traveling as 2 couples, we requested adjoining rooms when we booked, but received rooms on different floors. Quarters were clean and roomy, but very noisy due to traffic. Keypad entry was a plus.

The hotel was very attractive and clean, however, the room size was ridiculously small for the price. For that price they should have included breakfast as well. There wasn’t even enough room for a chair or table, which made working on my computer a real challenge.
