A charming, recently updated, historic downtown Crested Butte home, just minutes from multiple trailheads and around the corner from all Elk Avenue has to offer. The perfect home base for wildflower hikes, mountain bike rides or skiing adventures. In the summer you are a one minute walk away from the vibrant CB Farmers Market and in winter you are less than a block from a free town bus to take you to Mt. CB. The perfect centrally located CB escape! Separate back house entertainment zone!

THE SPACE
The main house has 2 queen bedrooms upstairs, both with ensuite full baths. There is a back house equipped with a TV and queen size futon couch that can easily be transformed into another bed. The back house has a half bath and small kitchenette complete with sink, fridge and dishwasher.
