Located in the charming village of Crest-Voland, with a shuttle stop right in front of the chalet, this detached 215 m² chalet is spread over three levels and can accommodate up to 15 people. For optimal comfort, it is however recommended for 10 to 12 guests.

The chalet includes an independent apartment on level 0, equipped with a kitchenette and accommodating up to 6 people (included in the total capacity of 15). This space allows for a certain level of privacy while remaining connected to the main living areas of the chalet.

The central living area stands out for its original layout, featuring two separate tables: one for adults and the other for children. This arrangement reflects a particular attention to conviviality and harmonious coexistence between generations, offering everyone their own space.

Finally, the chalet is suitable for guests with reduced mobility thanks to an elevator providing easy access to levels 0 and 1.

Level 0:
The entrance opens onto a large hallway distributing the following rooms:
A first bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, television, and en-suite shower room + WC
A second bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, television, and en-suite shower room + WC
A wellness area equipped with a sauna, steam room (hammam), shower, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer
An elevator compliant with PRM (reduced mobility) standards, providing access to the upper level (stairs also available)
A heated ski room with a boot dryer equipped with a timer

Level 0 – Apartment:
This studio is attached to the chalet and can be closed off to ensure greater privacy. It consists of:

A bedroom with a single bed (1 × 90 cm) and a wardrobe, which can also serve as a passage to the upper level

This level provides access to a large living area and a spacious terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, and includes:

A ski shuttle stops right in front of the chalet’s access ramp (service available only with a valid ski pass), making it easy to reach the slopes.

This exceptional ski area connects six village-resorts (Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz-sur-Arly, Les Saisies, and Hauteluce), for a total of 192 km of pistes, offering the perfect playground for ski enthusiasts, from beginners to advanced skiers.
