The Omni is an attractive convention hotel. check in was quick and easy. Could hear neighbors when walking down the halls and the TV from the next room when in bed.

Property was dated and old but clean enough. Staff was friendly but took forever to set up the extra bed and get the feathers out of the room. We honestly just stay here because it’s attached to the mall and is fun to walk over and see a late night movie in the winter months. We stay elsewhere in warm weather.

Omni Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Providence. While clean, elegant, and spacious, it’s the friendly, helpful attitude of the staff that makes this hotel a wonderful choice when visiting Providence. I recently stayed here in order to see a show at the Providence Performing Art Center. During my stay, I enjoyed shopping at the attached Providence Place Mall; a delicious meal at the Cheesecake Factory; an easy walk to the theatre; and a complimentary late night drink at the beautiful Fleur, the second floor restaurant in the hotel. Wonderful experience—-I look forward to my next stay at the Omni!

We were going to a hockey game at the Amica Pavillion and the hotel is attached so you never have to go outside in the winter. There are lots of options for restaurants in the area also

Excellent location for exploring Providence. Great value. Warm welcome from staff. Reasonable price for overnight parking valet, easy to retrieve your car 24/7. Great cocktail bar on site (dining options also). Comfortable and clean room, though generic style. Overall, highly recommend.
