Outside: big park within a private property (6ha) situated at custard tart of hill completely circled by vegetable hedges, safe and secured swimming pool (10mx4m) with a small beach immersed ideal for young children, terrace shaded by wisteria with a lovely view on the campaign. For winter, fireplace inglenook usable and electric heating in every room. Within: Ground floor living room with fireplace, beams, lounge with sofa, flat screen TV, TNT, DVD, dining area with a big iron table forged and earthenwares, 6 chairs, fully equipped kitchen , bathroom with bathtub, independent toilets, room equipped with 2 beds of 90cm and chests of drawers,. Of the stay direct access to the terrace. At the floor: a big room with visible traditional wooden skeleton and flooring made with Dordogne's chestnut tree, reads of 140cm, desk, divan, beautiful view on countryside. Coux et Bigaroque

I stayed at this property for an extended period from before Xmas 2017 until early February 2018. My main purpose was to met with friends for Xmas who have a home in St Cyprien, some 15 minutes drive away. The property is well maintained and there is ample firewood available should you choose to stay during the cooler months. It is recommended that renters can read some French as most of the instruction booklet is in this language. The driveway down to the property is steep and requires care to negotiate. The property position is quite remote but the nearest supermarket (Carrefour) is only 3 minutes drive away. Any issues that came up, e.g. low gas supply were quickly rectified once I'd spoken with M.Delpech. The Dordogne region is beautiful - even in winter but must be quite spectacular during spring and summer. Highly recommended

Ideal für eine naturnahe Erholung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit an diesem wunderschönen Ort. Die Lage und die Umgebung laden zum Entspannen ein. Trotzdem sind auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele gut zu erreichen. Der Pool ist ein Traum, ideal für eine Erfrischung oder zum Sonnenbaden. Wir haben täglich auf der Terasse gefrühstückt und entspannt. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind herrlich. Die Küche ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, Spülmaschine und großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach sind vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-))

Heerlijk huis op een fantastische plek

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad. De inrichting van het huis is een beetje gedateerd, maar is wel compleet, en het was schoon. Het zwembad en het uitzicht zijn top. Wij willen zeker terugkomen.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern (1 und 4 Jahre alt) zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus und haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen! Es war herrlich ruhig und gleichzeitig so günstig gelegen, dass viele Ausflugsziele schnell zu erreichen waren. Unsere Kinder hatten draußen viel Platz zum Spielen und wir waren vor allem vom Pool begeistert! Es gab alles, was wir brauchten, dazu eine wunderschöne Aussicht und schönes Wetter. Angenehme Kommunikation mit den Besitzern und der Hausverwalterin vor Ort. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und nett! Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns!

Régénérant, vue magnifique, nature

Belle propriété, en pleine nature. Jolie maison en pierre, équipement adéquat et suffisant. La proximité d'un autre locataire pour la deuxième maison n'a pas été un problème pour nous (couple tranquille avec bébé). Les deux locations sont assez bien séparées. La chambre à l'étage n'ayant pas de porte (ouverte sur l'escalier), on entend tout ce qui se dit + télévision en bas. Belle piscine, entourée d'une large terrasse, vue magnifique sur les collines avoisinantes. Très calme, sauf une nuit de bruits de fêtards dans les habitations situées au-dessus de la propriété. Accueil chaleureux de la responsable, entretien discret et efficace de la piscine et de la tonte de l'herbe. Suivi attentionné du propriétaire, lors d'une panne générale d'internet dans la région. Relativement proche des sites à visiter, bien que quelque peu excentré. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, varié et reposant au gîte des "Glycines".

Tout était très agréable dans le gite même si nous avons eu connaissance au moment du document final que nous partagions le site avec une maison à moins de 50 m, cela dit la cohabitation s'est bien passée ! Il existe une indépendant du lieu hormis la piscine. Je recommande vivement cet endroit calme et à proximité des nombreux sites touristiques.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Wij (2 volwassenen en 1 baby) hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in huisje Les Glycines! Het huis is simpel maar sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor ons ook fijn dat er een babybedje en kinderstoel aanwezig waren. Een lekker terras met grote parasol waar je in de avondwinkel kan genieten van de (ook aanwezige) barbecue. Ook het zwembad is prima, en voorzien van een alarm om drenkelingen te voorkomen. Het huisje ligt midden in de natuur en is heerlijk rustig. Dichtstbijzijnde plaats met een supermarkt is op 5-10 min rijafstand. Verder zijn alle mooie en bekende plaatsen langs de rivier de Dordogne op korte afstand (20-60 min rijden met de auto). We hebben genoten!

super jolie

au calme dans un joli paysage,cette location de vacance nous a permis de nous reposer. De nombreuses visites dans un périmètre de 20 Kilomètres.Une piscine spacieuse donnant sur la nature. De nombreux restaurants et animations dans les environs. La maison est propre mais resté dans son jus, un petit coup de frais lui ferait le plus grand bien.

Schön gelegen und doch zentral

Wir haben hier traumhafte Ferien verlebt. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen und doch zentral in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Es ist sauber, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Sogar ein Blumenstrauss stand bei unserer Ankunft auf dem Tisch. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in wenigen Minuten Bäcker, Supermarkt und was man sonst benötigt. Fast täglich ist in einem der Nachbarorte Markt. In ca. 25 Kilometern Umkreis gibt es so viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, dass wir in 14 Tagen bei weitem nicht alles anschauen konnten. Auch unsere 9-jährige Tochter war vom Haus begeistert, vor allem vom Goldfisch-Froschteich, dem Spielplatz und dem Pool, den wir ganz für uns hatten, da das zweite Haus auf dem Grundstück nicht vermietet war. Wir gehören normalerweise nicht zu denjenigen, die zweimal am gleichen Ort Urlaub machen. Hierher kommen wir wieder.
