Clean, friendly staff, comfy beds, nice rooms, great breakfast! We will stay here again, for sure. Only dropping a star due to the pool being out of commission while we were there. It was the reason we booked this hotel over some other options so was quite a disappointment.

Upon check in they tried to put me into a different room, not the room that I had booked and already paid for. The response to that was they no longer had that room available. The hotel was dirty, so were the rooms. When I got to my room there was a dirty towel on the floor, urine on the toilet, and hair on the floor. The gym had popcorn all over the floor for the three days that I was there, half the equipment was out of order and while the pool looked just fine it was closed as well. Terrible hotel, I’ll never stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.

I hadn't planned on or checked into youth hockey teams staying so you can imagine my concern when I arrived and the lobby was full of pizza and kids... The hotel did a great job and the rooms are super quiet so no problem at all. And despite being overwhelmed at the desk they managed to fix a housekeeping error (no towels) and found some real wine glasses for us. Well done!

The sofa looked a bit dirty still with stains - had to put the extra sheet over it. I thought the breakfast would be continental but it was a hot breakfast so it was a nice surprise. Sausage was good. Eggs were dry. They don't have complimentary bottles of water, which is disappointing but they do fill up your water bottle for you except you have to go to the lobby to get it - it's a bit of a hassle if you have children. They only have two carts so when we were checking out it was all being used, so we had to make multiple trips back and forth. All in all a good hotel, staff are friendly. Bed isn't all that comfortable, clean enough.
