We had a lovely stay. Both indoors and outdoors was exactly what we needed. The house was beautiful inside and out. The bedrooms, kitchen, and living area were all very spacious. I especially loved that it comes with 3 bathrooms and the deck which we had access to directly from 2 of the bedrooms. I thought the house slept 8 - 11 due to the futon in the sunroom and the couches in the living room, even more because the house is very spacious, we wanted to bring a few more family members but per evolve weren't allowed to they explained that though it mentions the futon as a sleep area the person limit was 6 and the futon was simply an option if you didn't want to share a bed or sleep in the bedrooms. I think if I would've reached out directly to the host, they may have been more flexible (that was my mistake). The binder was very resourceful I really wanted to check out the Farmer's market but didn't get a chance to. I will say that my navigator took us to a completely different location but after I spoke to Nancy she was able to guide me in the right direction. We weren't sure what to do with the trash since we didn't see bins outside. That would be good to include in the binder.
