Very nice motel with so much parking space. We booked the accesible room, it was spacious. The cleanliness was a little problem, the floor in the bathroom had some dirt on it and in the room they definitely didn't clean under the AC unit. The receptionist was very nice and polite. They had a coffee machine in the room and a fancy water dispenser at the office, which was excellent. Nice shops and restaurants were in walking distance.

Went for a budget friendly weekend getaway. The Evergreen is near a lot of good food. The staff is friendly. There's also a water bottle refill station in the lobby. I'd love to go again soon!

Excellent Hidden Gem!! will Be back

This place is a hidden gem. I stayed at the local travel lodge whic was clean but really a Motel 6. this place is nice. I am a teacher and it has a desk for me to work on my classes and grading. Sam was gracious when I was trying to do a late checkout but I had to book another night since my work wasn't done. Clean, cute, and close to everything

They did not have the room I paid for available when I checked in. They gave me the only one available and the bathroom shower door did not have a handle. The bed was very uncomfortable, if I had been staying longer then one evening I would have looked for another hotel.
